Finding Your Power While randomly browsing through the channels, I stopped to watch a scene where the hero was constantly struggling and failing despite his best intentions and efforts. His Master stops by and speaks these words - "Surrender your ego to find your power". I realized how profound and deep the sentence was upon reflection. Our ego constantly looks for validation and approval or appreciation of our act. This takes our power away and dilutes the force and impact of our action and thereby the results we create. Stop depending and waiting for others. Create your own boat and start sailing. If our sails are set right, the boat will survive all storms. If the intent is right, the path will appear. You are whole ; You are enough. 

About Love Love is an essential ingredient of life. That is the first emotion we feel when our mother looks at us as a new born child. You cannot get through this life holistically without the experience of pure love. In love, there is no 'I'. Man is selfish by nature and is primarily always focused only on his own needs. It is only in love that we learn to give unconditionally.  Where there are expectations, love cannot thrive. This is because expectations arise from needs not from love. So, how can one be free of expectations? That  cannot happen until and unless self love is cultivated. The essence of love is in giving and unless you are whole on your own, you cannot possibly give and be happy in giving. Self love is not about striving to be perfect or being better than others; it is about accepting yourself the way you are! So begin with asking yourself, have you found love yet?
